Free US Citizenship Naturalization Civics Test
When you attend your US Citizenship interview, you must pass the civics test to be successful in obtaining you US citizenship. This is an oral test and the USCIS Officer that will be interviewing your, will ask you up to 10 questions out of the 100 civics questions. You must answer at least 6 out of these 10 questions correctly to pass the civics portion of the naturalization test. If you answer less than 6 of these questions correctly, you will not get a US citizenship. So it is extremely important that you practice these questions and answers repeatedly, to ensure a successful outcome of your US citizenship interview.
To help you be successful at your interview, we have developed several free Naturalization tests that you can use to test your knowledge of these 100 civics questions and answers. We recommend that you run these tests several times until you get at least 90% of the answers right, before you attend the interview to ensure your success at the civics portion of the US citizenship interview. US Green Card - The Green Card Lottery
Before you can apply for a US Citizenship, you must be a permanent resident, i.e. you must have a USA Green Card. If you do not have a green card, the fastest and cheapest way to apply for one is to enter the annual USA Diversity Visa Green Card Lottery. This lottery makes 55,000 diversity immigrant visas (green cards) available every year to persons who meet two basic eligibility requirements. Participation in the green card lottery program is open to all individuals worldwide. A green card authorizes the winners and their families to live, study and work in the United States of America as permanent residents for 10 years. You can apply for a US Citizenship after you have lived in the USA for seven years or if you have lived at the same address in the USA for five years.
